The Canadian Healthy Infant Longitudinal Development (CHILD) Study

A National Study of 5,000 children born in different provinces across Canada who will be followed until 5 years of age
The primary purpose of the study is to examine the influences of environmental factors on children's health. The study is supported primarily by the Canadian Institutes of Health Research (CIHR), and the Allergy, Genes and Environment Network of Centres of Excellence (AllerGen NCE). This core funding will be supplemented by other research agencies.
